North West Airconditioning
Once upon a time home climate control was a choice of either hot or cold. You had a heater for winter, but sweltered in summer. With add-on-cooling it is now easy to send wonderfully cool air through the same ductwork as your gas ducted heating system.

How it works
Add-on-cooling is the addition of a coil and condensing unit to your existing gas ducted central heating system, thus providing the ability to deliver cool refrigerated air throughout your home. The existing fan within the heater is utilised, along with existing ductwork and registers (note: depending on application some modifications may be required).

Once installed, the system operates as a split ducted airconditioning system without the added cost of dupliating ducting, fan unit or registers.

Cool Zones
Coupled with thermostat control, add-on-cooling allows you the flexibility of zoning. While in winter total warmth is generally required throughout the home, cooling in summer is very often required in certain areas at certain times.

By zoning your home you can cool your living areas during the day and sleeping areas at night, saving valuable energy and most importantly money. You need only purchase a system to cool your largest area, and then zone the remaining areas to cut running costs.
